In contracts where the supplier sends the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk passes to the consumer upon surrender to the carrier if the carrier is the consumer's representative to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the supplier, subject to the rights of the consumer against the carrier. The same applies if the buyer does not have the status of the consumer.

8. RETURNING PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return the products that they have purchased, without penalty and without being required to explain the reason for returning the product as long as it is within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product. Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition that the customer received them in without i.e. the packaging being removed or being unsealed and along with the relevant receipt or invoice.
In order to avoid inconvenience, it is a good idea to carefully inspect the product upon receipt for its condition and to see if the packaging is intact in order to detect any visible defects (e.g. wrong product, etc.).
In case of refund and depending on how you chose to pay for your order and the way to prepare the return, the refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive the products.
